For the second year in a row, the Covid-19 pandemic has continued to impact both our industry and our day-to-day working conditions. Yet, the World Employment Confederation has worked hard to support its members in mitigating the impact of the crisis and to strengthen its service offer. Our Activity Report 2021 sums up what we achieved in advocacy, thought-leadership, profiling of the industry, capacity building and best practices sharing.
2021 has proven to be just as challenging as 2020 with the Covid-19 pandemic still impacting significantly the private employment services industry and the working environment for the World Employment Confederation.
Yet, guided by a new leadership and Strategic Plan, the World Employment Confederation has launched several new initiatives to make its advocacy more impactful, expand its reach, empower its members, increase its value and lead with talent.
